Section 11(1) in The Orissa Local Fund Service Rules, 1975
(1)Subject to the provisions of the Act, in the matter of appointment, promotion, confirmation, retirement and maintenance of Service Book and Confidential Character Rolls, the provisions of the rules shall be applicable to the service so far as they are not inconsistent with these rules.
