Section 2(k) in The M.P. Panchayat Samvida Shala Shikshak (Employment and Conditions of Contract) Rules, 2005
(k)"Samvida Shala Shikshak" means a person employed by a Zila Panchayat or Janpad Panchayat, as the case may be, for teaching in the schools under their control;
