Section 1 in The Barakar Electric Supply Installations Acquisition Act, 1981
1. Short title and commencement. -
(1)This Act may be called the Barakar Electric Supply Installations Acquisition Act, 1981.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th day of February, 1981.
