The inspector shall issue on the same day spirits intended on indents received by him upto 12 noon. No spirit shall, however, be issued outside the hours prescribed in Rule 28 above. Any indent, which cannot be complied with on the same day, shall be complied on the next working day. Indents received after 12 noon cannot ordinarily be expected to be complied with until the next working day.
