Section 8(1) in Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016
(1)The Government shall have the right to cause an inspection or review to be made by such person or persons as it may direct, of such university decisions that are in contravention with the provisions of this Act, Statutes, Rules and Regulations, its physical infrastructure such as buildings, laboratories, libraries, museums, workshops and equipment, and of any institutions maintained by or affiliated to the University.
