Section 26(3) in The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission Comprehensive (Conduct Of Business) Regulations, 2001
(3)The Commission may, at any time, take the assistance of any institution, consultants, experts and such other technical and professional person(s), as it may consider necessary, and ask them to study, investigate, inquire into any matter or issue and submit report or reports or furnish any information. The Commission may determine the terms and conditions for engagement of such professionals.
