18. Chief Finance and Accounts Officer.
(1)The appointment of the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall be made by the Chancellor in such manner as may be specified by the Statutes;(2)The Chief Finance and Accounts Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the Statutes or the Ordinances.
