Section 28(14) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(14)The Privileges of affiliation of a college which fails to comply with any direction of the Executive Council under sub-section (11) or to fulfill the conditions of affiliation may, after obtaining a report from the Management of the college and with the previous sanction of the State Government, be withdrawn or curtailed by the Executive Council in accordance with the provision of the Statutes.
