Section 74(1) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor appointed under this Act to make arrangements for constituting the Board of Governors and other authorities of the University within six months from the date of commencement of this Act or such longer period not exceeding two years as the Government may, by notification, direct.
