Section 25 in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976
25. Local Authority to provide adequate facilities to Board.
- A local authority concerned with an approved scheme shall provide necessary assistance to the Board for the proper execution of the approved scheme within the territorial limits of such local authority.
