Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Transparency In Tenders Rules, 2000
1. Short title and commencement.
(a)These rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000.(b)They shall come into force on the date 1st October, 2000.(c)[ These rules shall apply to all types of procurement except the procurement of Projects under the Public Private Partnerships.] [Added.
