This case pertains to an RTI application dated 13.2.2012 filed by the Appellant,
seeking information regarding promotion from sub staff to clerical cadre. Second appeal of
the Appellant concerning the very same RTI application was earlier considered. In its order
No.CIC/VS/A/2013/000351/05720 dated 30.12.2013, the Commission had concluded that
intervention of the Commission was not required in the matter, as the action taken by the
respondents was in conformity with the RTI Act. In view of the forgoing, we treat this matter
as closed.
