19. Fee to cover inspection and test.
- A fee paid for the inspection of an economiser shall cover through inspection and hydraulic test. If a fresh application is required under sub-section (2) of Section 14, fee shall be charged again.[20. Extra fee for re-inspection. - An extra fee may be levied for re-inspection in any case where the inspection of an economiser is begun but owing to the fault or neglect of the owner is not completed within a period of six months from the date of commencement of inspection.
