Section 10(1) in Talcher Thermal Power Station (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1994
(1)Every person who has been, immediately before the appointed day, a regular employee of the Power Station, shall, on and from the appointed day, be deemed to be on deputation with the State Government on the same terms and conditions, subject to the provisions contained in sub-section (2).
