8. Application for availing of financial assistance.
(1)An application for availing of financial assistance for the purposes specified in sub-section (1) of section 7 shall be made to the Board in such form as may be prescribed.(2)The Board may, after examining the application and after making such enquiries or seeking such clarifications as it considers necessary, by order in writing, either sanction the financial assistance or refuse the same.
