Section 11(1) in The Kandla Harbour Craft Rules, 1955
(1)At the time of licensing of any harbour craft under rule 5, the name of its tindal as entered into the licence and other particulars relating to him shall be entered into a book which shall be kept by the licensing officer in Form 'B'.
