Section 26(11) in The Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 2000
(11)The Vice-Chancellor may, with the approval of the Executive Council, at any time delegate any of his powers, other than the power referred to in sub-section (6), to any other officer subordinate to him.
