After arguing for a while, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the writ petition, reserving liberty to approach the Settlement Officer as is reflected in Annexure P-7.
2. In the light of above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving liberty to approach the Settlement Officer. In case, the petitioner approaches within four weeks, the Settlement Officer shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of six months thereafter. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s), disposed of.
