Section 14(1)(i) in The Orissa Glanders and Farcy Rules, 1941

(i)The woodwork of any cart, horse box, railway, truck, or vessel with which a diseased horse has come in contact shall first be scraped, then washed with soap and hot water containing five per cent crude carbolic acid or phenyl and afterwards painted.
