Section 2(7)(e) in THE CONSTITUTION (APPLICATION TO JAMMU AND KASHMIR) ORDER, 1954

(e)In clauses (4) and (7) of article 22, for the word "Parliament", the words "the Legislature of the State" shall be substituted.
