Section 98(5)(a) in Rajasthan Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1996

(a)If Form 18 has been completed and the claim or claims in the respective Forms have not been received from the beneficiary or beneficiaries, the Head of Office shall forward Form 18 and the documents referred to in sub-rule (1) to the Director Pension leaving unfilled items 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of Part I of the said Form.
