Section 7(2) in Mising Autonomous Council Act, 1995
(2)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) above, the Chief Executive Councilor of the Executive Councilors shall cease to hold office as such forthwith if he, for any reason, ceases to be a member.
