Section 41(1) in The Rajasthan Sales Tax Act, 1994
(1)A dealer may make an application on plain paper to the Commissioner to transfer any case under this Act from one officer or authority to other officer or authority on the following grounds:-(a)Dispute of jurisdiction; or(b)Apprehension of mis-carriage of Justice; or(c)Business convenience.
