Section 252(1) in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
(1)Every place used for the manufacture, preparation, storage or packing for sale of any article of food or drug shall be open at all time for inspection by the officers of the Corporation authorised in this behalf by the Chief Executive Officer, and such Officer shall have the right to enter into such places for such inspection at all time.
