	Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.02.2016 and to release the terminal benefits for her service rendered before 6th respondent, CSI, St.Andrew Higher Secondary School, Arakkonam.

ORDER

The petitioner, who was appointed as Scavenger by the seventh respondent on 1.4.84, after putting in sufficient number of years of service, retired from service on reaching the age of superannuation with effect from 31.3.2014. Now her grievance is that the retiral benefits have not been till date settled. In this regard, she has also submitted a representation on 6.2.2016 to the respondents.

2. Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer of the petitioner for release of her retiral benefits, hereby directs the seventh respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 6.2.2016 for release of the retiral benefits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
