85. Exemptions.
- The Government may, by general or special order and keeping in view special circumstances and larger public interest exempt any Society or class of Society from any of the provisions of the Act:Provided that the exemption shall be granted only for a period of one year and which may be extended by another year only for the reasons to be recorded:Provided further that the exemption may be granted only for a particular provision and not from the whole of the Act and except for the provision from which exemption has been granted, all other provisions shall be applicable.
