Section 11(iii) in U.P. Kshettra Panchayats and Zila Panchayats (Erection and Re-Erection of a Building or Making or Enlarging of a Well Within a Controlled Rural Area) Rules, 1974
(iii)The dimensions of the courtyard shall not be less than half the height of each of the opposite side walls.
