Section 54(b) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(b)sufficient latrine and urinal accommodation of prescribed types shall be provided conveniently situated and accessible to workers at all times while they are at work -(i)where both male and female building workers are employed, there shall be displayed outside each block of latrines or urinals a notice containing therein "For Men Only" or "For Women Only" as the case may be written in the language understood by the majority of such workers;(ii)such notice shall also bear the figure of a man or of a woman, as the case may be.
