Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Public Trusts (Regulation of Administration of Agricultural Lands) Act, 1961
(1)The authority prescribed under clause (a) of section 12 may, after receiving the report referred to in that clause and after making such enquiry as it may consider necessary, submit the report together with its recommendation to the [Board of Revenue] [By virtue of section 10(1) of the Tamil Nadu Board of Revenue Abolition Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 1980) any reference to the Board of Revenue shall be deemed to be, a reference to the State Government.].
