Section 24 in The Gujarat Lokayukta Act, 1986

24. Provisions of this Act to be in addition to and not in derogation of any other law.

- The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of [the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (49 of 1988)] [Substituted for 'the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947 (2 of 1947)' by Gujarat 26 of 2003, dated 17th September 2003.], or any other law for the time being in force.
