Section 47 in Karnataka Lake Conservation and Development Authority Act, 2014
47. Delegation of powers.
- The Authority may by order in writing delegate to any officer or authority subordinate to it, any of powers conferred on it under this Act to be exercise by such officer or authority subject to such restrictions and conditions, if any, as may be specified in the said order.
