1. Short title and commencement.
- [(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Legislature Members' Salaries and Allowances Act.] [Sub-section (1) was substituted, by Maharashtra 15 of 1980, Schedule.](2)It shall deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of November 1956.
