Section 3(1) in The West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 1978

(1)The State Government shall, with effect from such date as it may, by notification, appoint, constitute a Commission by the name of the West Bengal College Service Commission consisting of [seven members] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 26 of 1993.] of whom one shall be the Chairman.
