Shri Gaurav Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent.
Learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner prays for grant of interim relief on the ground that matter has already been argued before the labour court and if order is passed then this petition will become infructuous.
The question involved in this case is whether labour court shall frame an issue on the question of applicability of Para 20 (j) of the recommendation made by Wage Board. By the impugned order labour court has rejected the application filed by the petitioner for framing additional issue on the ground that it will consider the issue which has been referred to the labour Court by the Government.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that labour court Bhopal will not pass any final order in reference No. 268/10/2017 pending before it till next date of hearing.
This case is fixed for final hearing at motion stage on 18.10.2019 at the top of the list.
