Section 34(1) in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
(1)At any time after the date on which the Development Plan for an area comes into operation, the Planning Authority may, and after every five years shall, carry out fresh surveys as it or the Board or the Government may consider necessary and shall review and submit to the Board and the Government any alteration or addition considered necessary to the Development Plan in operation.
