Section 23(5) in Bihar Animal Sciences University Act, 2016
(5)If the office of the first Vice Chancellor becomes vacant due to death, resignation or otherwise or if he is unable to perform his duties due to ill health or any other cause, the State Government shall have the authority to appoint Vice Chancellor for the residual term.
