(7)Where an application for affiliation or any part thereof is granted, the order of the Board shall specify the courses of the instruction in respect of which the college is affiliated and where the application or any part thereof is refused, the grounds of such refusal shall be recorded and shall be communicated online to the college or institution within 30 days.
