Section 42(3) in The U.P. Entertainments and Betting Tax Rules, 1981
(3)Each counterfoil of ticket shall have shown upon it the name of the racing club, name of enclosure, number of race, serial number of ticket, amount of bet, amount of tax and surcharge and the total, the name or number of horse or horses and the kind of bet and such other information as may be required by the Commissioner.
