(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of :-(a)The Vice-Chancellor Chairman;(b)The Finance Officer(c)Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government;(d)Such other members as may be prescribed in the statutes.
