 01.        1.      Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

2. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 for registration of the FIR and to proceed with the investigation.

3. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand has placed the written instructions of the IIC, Binjharpur P.S., Jajpur which is taken on record. According to the written instructions the complaint of the Petitioner having accepted Binjharpur P.S. Case No.358 of 2025 has been registered under Sections 126(2)/296/115(2)/74/3(5) BNS against one Sasmita Sahoo, W/o-Biswajit Sahoo and Sumitra Sahoo W/o-Ajit Sahoo of village Nachhipur under P.S. Binjharpur. It also reveals from the instructions that the Petitioner sent a petition through registered post with other allegations against the accused persons concerning different cause of action and different occurrences and the previous report of the Petitioner has also been taken care of by registration of the FIR under Binjharpur P.S. Case No.404 of 2025. In connection with both the matters, the investigation is in progress and the notice under Section 35(3) BNSS has been issued against the accused persons with a direction preventing them from committing breach of peace in the locality.

4. Keeping in view the aforesaid instructions of the IIC, Binjharpur, no further instructions is required to be passed herein, except with an observation that the investigation be completed as expeditiously as possible.

5. The CRLMP accordingly stands disposed of.
