Section 15 in The Rajasthan Mining Settlement Act, 1956
15. Mine owner to provide house accommodation etc.
- Every owner of a mine within a Mining Settlement shall provide for labourers employed in the mine such house accommodation, water supply aid sanitary arrangements and medical assistance as the Board may by bye-law, require.
