Section 39(3) in The Orissa Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2000
(3)The examiner for restricted certificate of proficiency shall, inter alia satisfy themselves that the candidate has sufficient knowledge and practical experience in operation and maintenance of waste heat boilers which are in integral part of a process plant of continuous flow installation.
