PER R. S. SYAL, VP :

By means of the present stay application, the assessee seeks stay on the assessment proceedings pursuant to the order passed by 2 SA No. 271/Del/2017 the Commissioner of Income Tax u/s 263 of the Act on 30.03.2017 in relation to the captioned year.

2. The ld. Sr. AR did not press for the stay of assessment proceedings pursuant to the revision order. It was, however, prayed that an early hearing be granted. The ld. DR did not object to the grant of such early hearing. Acceding to the request of the ld. Sr. AR and as per the convenience of both the sides, we direct that the appeal be posted for hearing on 31.05.2017.

3. In the result, the stay application is dismissed.
