47J. Inspection of stocks of morphine.
- The stocks of morphine under the custody of a recognised medical institution shall be open for inspection by the Drug Controller or any other officer subordinate to him or other officers of the State Government empowered under Sections 41 and 42 of the Act, and the rules made thereunder.
