Section 32 in Haryana Tax on Entry of Goods Into Local Areas Act, 2008
32. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notification, make such provision as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
