Section 3(1) in Bihar Employees Insurance Courts Rules, 1952
(1)A Court shall ordinarily consist of one Judge:Provided that the Government of Bihar may, after consultation with the Corporation, by notification in the Official Gazette appoint two or more Judges to a Court for any particular proceeding or class of proceedings and for such period as may be specified in the notification.
