Section 10 in The Jammu and Kashmir Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Act, 2000
10. Resignation.
- Any Member may resign his office as a Member by giving notice in writing to the Chief Executive Officer and his office shall become vacant from the date of acceptance of the same by the Governor.
