Section 57 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
57. Retirement of Employees.
- The employees of the Council shall retire on attaining the age of sixty years:Provided that the Council may extend the tenure of a member of the ministerial or lower grade staff for any period not exceeding two years with the prior approval of Central Government .
