Section 31 in Prevention Of Collision On National Waterways Regulations, 2002
31. Lights to be exhibited by hydrofoils and mechanized country craft.-
Where it is impracticable for a mechanized country craft or a hydrofoil to exhibit lights and shapes of the characteristics or in positions prescribed in the regulations she shall exhibit lights and shapes as closely similar in characteristics and position as is possible.
