(b)without the previous permission of the Forest Officer or some one duly authorized by him-

(i)fell, remove, girdle, mark, laptap, uproot, bum or strip off the bark or leaves from or otherwise damage any tree, or

(ii)graze any cattle, or

(iii)use, injure or remove any forest produce; or
